Records are shipped in professional record mailers (or equally), trying to avoid damage during transport. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please check your parcel directly after receiving it. Any damage to the parcel must immediately be reported to the freight company.

If you have received wrong or damaged goods, please inform us at slim@lamour.se within 3 days of delivery. Such goods will be exchanged for new/right ones.

According to the Swedish provisions on withdrawal of Distance and Doorstep Sales Act applies to the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the agreement at least 14 days. The customer has a right to examine the goods after delivery in order to ensure that it is consistent with how it has been marketed and what has been agreed otherwise. Returns costs are paid by the customer.
